As Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Court case is coming up on 18th, 19th and 20th January 2022 in Abuja and 19th In Umuahia Biafrans worldwide are expecting Victory through unconditional release Of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for the IPOB leader, who was illegally arrested, Extra - Ordinary renditioned to Nigeria by Nigeria government on 29th June 2021. 

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been illegally held in the DSS dungeon since then after he was first arraigned before a Federal High Court Abuja on 29 June without notifying his legal representative and was ordered to remain in DSS by Binta Nyako the presiding Judge, even though it was an infringement violation to his human rights. 

Biafrans all over the world are hoping that the long-awaited freedom of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be delivered during the upcoming Court Case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu On the 18th, 19th, 20th in Abuja and 19th January in Umuahia. 

As our Amiable ever gallant Lawyers, Barrister Alloy Ejimakor the Special Counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other teams of lawyers will be representing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Umuahia on 19th January 2022 while Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor the lead Counsel and host of other lawyers will be present on 18th, 19th and 20th January to represent Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Abuja. 

Injustice against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is injustice against all Biafrans and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu needs support from all and sundry on that faithful day, we must find means to pay solidarity to him in Court during his trial on that day both in Abuja and Umuahia.

Having watched the pre-recorded interview granted to whomever that is parading himself as Muhammad Buhari by channels TV, I must say the impostor during the interview messed up the script that was given to him by his F*lani handlers, F*lani parochialism and nepotism towards Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Biafra restoration project will expose their evil did before humanity, and spell doom to F*lani race. Contrary to the statement by Muhammad Buhari during his pre-recorded interview, he said and I quote " will not pardon Nnamdi Kanu, he should defend himself in court" Now the question to Muhammad Buhari is this? what crime has Mazi Nnamdi Kanu committed that will warrant granting a presidential pardon to him? 

Has he been convicted by any court of law? If at all Mazi Nnamdi Kanu committed any crime? Allow the court to decide that and stop interfering If Muhammad Buhari wants him to defend himself in court, why are they interfering in court proceedings, why deny his legal team access to court premises? Why barricade the court premises? why is the DSS who only answers to you now in the business of abducting Biafrans and supporters of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? Why are clergies who have spoken against the impunity by the DSS invited for questioning? what do all of these questions, suggest to you? Nigerian government should stop running from their court, they should stop the judicial antics and face Nnamdi Kanu squarely in court, he should be given a fair and speedy hearing, if, at all he committed any crime known to Nigerian law, I challenge them to bring him to court, stop intimidating and harassing his legal team with lawless DSS and stop the endless adjournments. 

Is it funny that the impostor in Aso-rock acting on script given to him by F*lani Janjaweed, openly disgraced himself by shouting no political solution for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, as if he can't defend himself in court against the bogus charges preferred on him by the Nigerian government, those presiding over the affairs of Nigeria should prepare themselves to be tried and disgraced, for the heinous crime committed with impunity by illegally abducting and kidnapping Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya, you openly shot yourself in the legs by shouting no political solution for him because he has consistently turned down your political offers, you think Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is that cheap as to accept your political solution, then you must be mad, what he wants is nothing but a U.N supervised plebiscite on all Biafran territories. With the extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian government, 

I think they lack legal merit, internationally and locally to prosecute him in any court of law, they can't continue to benefit from their wrong deed, the only option left for them is to release him unconditionally first, then, return him to Kenya where they abducted him from, follow due process extradition before they can be fit to prosecute him in any court of law. 

Muhammad Buhari should kindly allow justice to prevail by defending himself in his court with the assertion levelled on him by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, that Muhammad Buhari is dead and Buried in Saudi Arabia in 2017.

The life of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu must be secured by all possible means, Biafrans and humanity of good consciences must not allow the lawless Nigerian secret police the Directorate of state security (DSS) to perfect their plans of eliminating Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

He has sacrificed a lot in the quest for the restoration of Biafra United Nations, ICC, Britain and the United States Of America should note that there’s a standby plan by the lawless DSS to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, there have been a series of food poisoning techniques been applied by the lawless DSS in other to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they have decided not to bring Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to Court on the 10th of November 2021, on this note Biafrans must vehemently oppose the delay tactics being used by the murderous lawless DSS to detain Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

Because they are not relenting, neither will they capitulate, they have sworn an oath to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and bear the consequences, of course, they will never give up until their mission is accomplished, that is why Biafrans and humanity of good conscience must rise and demand the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from the DSS dungeon. The DSS you know is made up of murderers and unprofessional agents, they will never stop molesting, intimidating and torturing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

 The DSS by now should know that we have every intelligence of their elimination plot against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, they can't escape our watchdog because we are not relenting in making sure we expose every one of their agendas, in due time every Intelligence about those behind the plot to eliminate Mazi Nnamdi through the DSS will be released to the public.  

The earlier the lawless DSS release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the better for Nigeria because we are running out of patience, we rather sink every living thing in Nigeria than allow Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to remain in your dungeon after the 10th of November, our leader must be brought to the Court on 10th of November and released unconditionally, else!

The DSS Agents in collaboration with the Nigerian Police and her soldiers in their number restricted the masses who came from different angles, and different parts of the world to stand in solidarity with the Leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) in the person of Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu. 

There was a heavy presence of the People of BIAFRA, Freedom Lovers and Some of the Traditional Rulers (Ohaneze Councils) that came down from the Eastern Region to the Federal High Court. 

It's so appalling that the Nigerian DSS Agents neglected the Eastern Elders, Traditional Rulers and never granted them the access to get into the Court premises and left the Traditional Rulers standing to understand the heavy sunset standing for not less than 3hrs and above. 

Also, the DSS Agents went so far to the extent of harassing and trying to beat a Traditional Ruler of which the Masses intervened and reacted with an argument asking if the same attitude can be used on any Emir coming from the Northern part of Nigeria. 

As if it's not due for them, they went ahead organizing and paying some group's giving them placards to storm the court premises just to disrupt the peaceful people of BIAFRA at the Court ground, they came being very rude and violently.

 In conclusion to the happenings at the court today it's made known that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was secretly trailed, leaving his lawyer's locked outside the Courtrooms and finally adjourning the case till 19th of January 2022 at their own satisfied and leisure time which was championed by Barr. Binta Nyako is the lawyer standing for Nigeria.

Exposed: Binta Nyanko Plans to Sacrifice MNK Freedom on the Alter of Her Husband's Loots 

The injustice proffered today, the 10th November 2021 by a Federal High Court Judge, Justice Binta Nyako during the trial of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu can never be presumed to be fair, accidental nor on a duress platform. Globally, the human rights law is measured equal and applicably equal also. However and unfortunately, the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is in the wrong hands. The saying that, "the court is the hope of a common man has met a jeopardy in Nigeria, 'Binta Nyako'. The said Judge has truncated the natural piece of law into a piece of cake. 

Justice Binta Nyanko has clearly shown that she values her family to justice. In the right sense, family supposedly comes first, however, a family that should come first should be worth such actions. 

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is a freedom fighter, he has put his family, kinsmen, village, community, province and nationality at the front of his mind, and he has done so with much carefulness and lawfulness. On the other hand, Justice Binta Nyanko has placed her husband, Murtala Nyako, a money launder who embezzled the sum of 29bn as alleged by the Economic and Financial Crime Commission while serving as a prominent leader of the Fulani nation. 

A noteworthy, the likes of Murtala Nyanko is part of the reasons there are different calls for agitation in Nigeria. Agitations for self-determination has never sprung up without the marginalization of the agitators. The likes of Murtala Nyako has plunged Nigeria into a country of irredeemable damage. 

The height of loots and corruption has become unbearable and has caused the country's dignity that no average Nigerian can proudly say "I'm a Nigerian". What should be the right punishment for Murtala Nyako? Prosecution! But unfortunately, Binta Nyako is having a second thought which is, to spare her husband in replacement of the freedom of innocent Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is fighting for an average Nigerian who has lost faith in the country's unity. He is fighting for the average Nigerian who has been denied the right to expression, movement and protest against the ills of the leaders. 

Well, it will be interesting to note that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has never looted a dime from the treasuries of the country, it will interest you also to know that no competent court in Nigeria has been able to convict Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in their own courts. But, Binta Nyanko is fully prepared to persecute Mazi Nnamdi Kanu just to free her husband. 

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has become a bite between the Nigerian government and the family of Nyako. For the fact that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu poses a threat to the Nigerian corrupt leaders, the APC led government of Nigeria is ready to trade and batter with the freedom of Kanu. On the other side, Binta Nyanko is ready to make the dreams of the APC led government come to reality hence it facilitates the freedom of her husband, Murtala Nyako. 

This is no more justice, this is just interest. To put the record straight, Binta Nyako has exposed her hunger to play impartial in this game of laws and rules. Since 2016 when she took over from Justice John Tsoho who willingly resigned from handling the judicial proceedings of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at the Federal High Court, Nyako has always shown her interest in choosing between her husband (Murtala Nyako) and giving justice to the deserved Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Recall, that this same Binta Nyako granted stringent bail conditions to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in 2017 and also watched and defended the invasion of Kanu days before his trial at the court. 

The invasion that killed more than 28 people at the home of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu received no condemnation from this presiding justice Binta Nyanko to date. Instead of Nyako prosecuting those behind the deadly invasion which was targeted at killing Kanu, she decided to play dirty against justice. The actions of Binta Nyako at the Federal High school today, where she conducted a secret trial on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is another evidence that Nyako is up to no good and is not ready to give justice to Kanu. 

Binta Nyako happily granted a hearing against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Department of State Security (DSS) on 26th June 2021 without the consent of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's lawyers. This Judge has continuously violated the rules guiding the court. Binta Nyako had ruled out an application asking the court to transfer Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to a correctional centre, with unreasonable claims. This shows that Binta is under pressure by the government to remand Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at the DSS dungeon till eternity or lose her husband for eternity. 

Well, such could be the case if only Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is alone, but if otherwise, Binta Nyako should be prepared to face international Justice. Also, Binta Nyako should note that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not responsible for the prosecution of her husband, Murtala Nyako she benefited hugely from her husband's laundering and should face the consequences thereof. 

Nyako should play her cards well or risk-sharing same prison room as Murtala. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is not a parcel, he is the eyes of many, the mouths of millions and the ears of a nation. Nyako should do allow justice to play fairly in this game. Although, she's got choices to choose between good and bad.

IPOB PRESS RELEASE 20/10/2021 HOPE UZODINMA PLANNING TO FORCEFULLY ACQUIRE 2000 HECTARES OF LAND FOR RUGA IN IMO - IPOB

The attention of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has been drawn to the plot by the Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, to forcefully acquire 2000 hectares of land at Ejemekuru towards Izombe, Agwa, and Akabor in Oguta LGA of Imo State, under the guise of building a meat processing factory. 

The communities rejected this disguised project but the state is insisting on forcefully taking the ancestral land from the people. Some paid agents of the Government from Ejemekuru, Izombe, Agwa and Izombe have resorted to using the force of government to intimidate and coerce the citizens into submission. 

The Deputy Governor has since been mobilised to ensure that the evil government agenda is actualised. The Governor through his agents is arm-twisting Ezeship candidates in Oguta LGA, precisely Izombe, using the proposal as bait for them. Instead of allowing the rightful and people's choices to emerge, the government wants to use it as bait to accomplish this anti-people agenda. Imo State Government is using the acceptance of Ruga as a criterion for who becomes Traditional Ruler. 

Imo State Government is planning another massacre of Oguta LGA citizens based on the Ezeship issue instead of allowing the wish of the people. We gathered that the people of Izombe are comfortable with a certain Estate developer seeking 300 hectares of land for industrial development but the company should ensure that this is not Ruga in disguise. The community will resist any deviation from the planned estate development. Izome has peacefully played host to oil companies right from in the sixties. The only land location of Gulf oil later changed to Chevron Nigeria limited and presently acquired by Seplat Energy. Ashland oil was there first but later changed to Addax petroleum. We won't tolerate any attempt to make Izombe a war zone. 

We, therefore, warn His Highness Eze Frederick OGECHI NWACHUKWU of Umuneke Ngor Okpala LGA is causing harm and pain to the people of Umuneke Ngor, he was collaborating with Fulani people to cow business in the local government, thereby using the Fulani to intimidate the citizen of Umuneke Ngor and we are using this medium to relate to him to stop intimidating the people of Umuneke Ngor and her environs because IPOB volunteers will not allow him to continue if any harm comes to the people of Umuneke from Fulani terrorists. The Eze must be careful in dealing with Fulani and he must move Fulani out from Umuneke Ngor before we come he won't get easy at all. 

If Fulani terrorists unleash terror attacks anywhere in Ngor Okpala LGA he will regret his life in this world.
