 Following the latest video release by filthy pig from the creek, Asari Tokunbo that the Nigerian government should not release Nnamdi Kanu, one begins to wonder if this blatant filthy pig is under the influence of Ukpuru Mmiri" sometimes I wonder why this pipeline bandit will be attacking a man he conned #20million naira, someone that wants to free him and his household from modern slavery. 

Come to think of it, why is this filthy pig Asari Dokubo afraid of Mazi Nnamdi? Why the sudden attacks on him, knowing fully well that he will be released very soon? Is it irony that a militant leader, who was granted amnesty is now advising the Nigerian government on what to do, the statement alone, why Nnamdi Kanu should not be released by Buhari's government has vindicated IPOB legal team, that the Nigerian government is interfering in judiciary?

The ignorant and stupidity of Asari Dokubo is the reason why he is been referred to as a " Pipeline bandit", con and petty criminal, because It's only a foolish and jobless man like him that will be ranting on social media every day, he kept boasting of his popularity and rich's yet his community cannot boost of portable drinking water, the same pipeline vandal advising Nigerian government to jail Nnamdi Kanu, siphoned millions of dollars given to him by Yar'adua administration for the development of Niger Delta Region, he went and nationalised in the Benin Republic, built secondary schools and tertiary institution named King Amachree African University, he, however, built no school's or colleges for Niger Deltans, that is the primitive life of a pipeline vandal, asking the Nigerian government to jail Nnamdi Kanu. 

The same filthy pig advocating for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be killed or jailed, must not forget that he was once arrested by the Olusegun Obasanjo administration and charged for treason for exercising his rights to self-determination, as part of a pledge by the Yar'adua administration to bring peace to Niger Delta Region he was granted bail, why then should this blatant filthy pig be advocating for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be jailed when he knows fully well that he was once charged for treason and terrorism.

 For God sake, why do you blatant filthy pig from the creek keep ranting on social media each time you run out of cash, of course, each time you come on social media to yap rubbish we know that you are in dare need of cash, so the only way to attract the attention of your slave masters is to attack Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it simply means that without Nnamdi Kanu you will die of hunger, kindly in your quite time applaud Nnamdi Kanu for putting food on your table. 

You claimed to be richer and popular than Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, without knowing It's only a foolish man that announces his popularity or rich's, but a wise man's popularity or rich's is been announced by the entirety of humanity, so, you are a no match for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, even in your clan Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is more popular than you, it was as a result of your unpopularity that made you pipeline vandal to fail woefully two times you contested for election in your local government. 

Someone close to this pipeline bandit known as Asari Dokubo should kindly ask him his net worth because that of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is about #20 million dollars the last time I checked. It has been Confirmed that Chief Onyebuchi Ogbadu the Ivo LGA Chairman of Ebonyi State had ordered Ebubeagu and Police Officers attached to him to open fire on protesters who were Protesting yesterday against his involvement in shielding personnel of Ebubeagu who were behind the killings of innocent people in the State.

 The ugly incident which took place on Sunday, the 24th January 2022 had people killed while several others were injured. 

A report gotten by Umuchiukwu Writers disclosed that Protesters were Protesting along the road near the Ivo Chairman's House while some were in front of his Gate Singing, "End Ebubeagu Now " before Chief Onyebuchi Ogbadu who happened to be the Chairman of Ivo LGA came out from his house and ordered the Ebubeagu and Police to open fire on the Protesters killing two people instantly.

 Names of the Ebubeagu personnel involved in the killing of the Protesters as retained by our correspondents are as follows: Mr Innocent Otekwe from Umulu Iyioji Akaeze Ivo LGA and Mr Mike Owowo from Umulu Iyioji Akaeze Ivo LGA same Village where Chief Onyebuchi Ogbadu, the LGA Chairman hails from.

Ngornadi is challenging the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, over his (Ngornadi's) illegal arrest and detention since April 10, 2021, for making comments in support of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on social media.

Justice N.E Maha of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has adjourned to February 8, 2022, an application seeking the enforcement of fundamental rights filed by a businessman, Emeka Richmond Ngornadi.

 Ngornadi is challenging the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, over his (Ngornadi's) illegal arrest and detention since April 10, 2021, for making comments in support of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on social media.

At the resumed hearing of the case on Thursday, the trial judge adjourned the matter to February 8, 2022, on the ground that the applicant's reply on point of law and further affidavits to the respondents’ counter-affidavit was not yet received by the court.

The judge, after she had listened to the submissions of both applicant and defence counsels, Festus Ogun and Echika Owete, respectively stated that she would not go on with the case in the interest of justice until the record of the said application was properly received by the court.

Ngonardi, who hailed from Imo State, was arrested while travelling from Lagos to Anambra State by DSS operatives who were said to have been trailing him for two years.

It was gathered that before his arrest, the businessman was travelling from Lagos to Anambra to deliver baby items and goods he had bought for his pregnant wife who had earlier called to inform him that her Estimated Delivery Date was close.

The wife eventually gave birth in June but lost the baby due to psychological trauma over the arrest of her husband.

The DSS had accused him of being an IPOB member for openly expressing support for Biafra agitators and condemning security agents for the killing of innocent citizens in the Eastern region of the county.

Emeka had also developed a strange illness in DSS custody as he was said to be vomiting blood with rashes all over his body and had been denied access to doctors or drugs by the secret police.

The situation had raised concerns among his family members as his health condition got worse by the day.

The DSS had refused to charge him to court as he continued to languish in illegal detention in violation of his fundamental rights..

But the service hurriedly transferred him to a military holding facility Wama in Niger State shortly after he filed a suit challenging his unlawful detention.

SaharaReporters had reported how the operatives allegedly threatened to kill him if he dared to make any attempt to take the matter to court or if anybody took the matter to court on his behalf.

In a respondent's affidavits marked FHC/ABJ/CS/994/2021 obtained by SaharaReporters, the DSS had claimed that the applicant confessed to facilitating financial donations and funds to Eastern Security Network (ESN) through one Chinedu Arukwu presently at large.

 IPOB Following the victory judgment received yesterday the 19th of January 2022 in Abia State High Court sitting in Umuahia, we the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU, commend the Presiding Judge for his courage to declare the infamous military invasion of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's house illegal. 

We commend the court for granting justice to our leader at a time Nigerian judiciary is fast losing the confidence of the world due to compromised rulings by some corrupt judiciary officers. 

This latest judgment has to some extent redeemed the image of the judiciary in Nigeria and we ask other judges handling IPOB matters to help salvage completely the battered image of judiciary in Nigeria in the eyes of your global colleagues in the judiciary. 

We equally appreciate the efforts of Barrister Aloy Ejimakor and his team of lawyers for securing true judgment in this matter. Since September 14th, 2017 when this atrocity was committed no Court in Nigeria has been brave enough to condemn the barbarity and brutality of the military until this judgement. 

Nigeria security agencies Invaded our Leader's compound in Afarukwu kingdom in Ibeku Umuahia on 14th September 2017 with the single objective to eliminate our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU but God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama saved him from the evil hands of Fulani controlled federal government security agencies. 

Indeed, the award of #1billion damages can not equate to or compensate the enormous loss of life occasioned by that barbaric military action, however, the symbolism is very clear. 

The Umuahia High Court ruling exposed the truth about the goings-on to eliminate anybody found as a supporter and sympathiser of Biafra agitation. 

The judgement also vindicated our leader who never jumped bail contrary to the allegation but only escaped assassination by the military. The recent trump-up charges preferred against our leader Mazi Nnamdi are another indication that NIGERIA has nothing against him. 

The best thing for the Nigerian government and its security is to release our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU unconditionally and redeem their image across the world because the world is watching what is going on in Nigeria. 

NIGERIA should give us a date for a referendum to ascertain whether or not our people want to continue with the so-called One NIGERIA. The only thing that can stop the agitation is the date for a referendum on the freedom of the people of Biafra.

Greetings UmuChineke, Our attention has been drawn to the deliberate misrepresentation/falsehood and wrong narratives being perpetuated by some mischief-makers, which is unfortunately gradually gaining prominence on social media platforms and print media. 

Hence, it is pertinent that we provide clarification and clear the doubt. S.M. Labaran Esq., who stood in yesterday for the Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation is a colleague I hold in high esteem, but I shall resist every mischievous ploy being adopted to misinform the unsuspecting members of the public who were not privy to the details of the proceedings in court yesterday, with a wrong and mischievous interpretation of the purport of the Plea taken by our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

For the records, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never denied being the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) while taking his plea, but only STOUTLY DENIED THE FACT THAT IPOB IS A TERRORIST ORGANISATION AND THAT BEING ITS LEADER IS AN OFFENCE, which position is well informed. 

Members of the public should be well guided that the status of the black market order proscribing IPOB is a subject of Appeal in Appeal Number: APPEAL NO. CA/A/214/2018, pending before the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division. 

That being said, it is only laughable that the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) in their desperate but futile attempt to give a dog a bad name in order to hang it, brought a charge bordering on the status of IPOB, a subject matter of a competent Appeal, where issues have been joined with the same FGN. 

Therefore, be properly guided UmuChineke, because we have sufficiently addressed the emptiness of that count an entire charge in our compelling Submissions before the Court, now adjourned to be heard on the 16th day of February 2022. 

We do not wish to dwell further on this subject but be rightly informed that Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never denied being the Leader of IPOB while taking his Plea yesterday.

We are not militants and Criminals and don't need any camp in Ihiala LGA. We are identifiable and we are all over Biafra land and IPOB branches in the Diaspora. 

Nigeria security agencies are using the hatred they have on the people of Biafra particularly IPOB and ESN members to unleash cruelty on the people living in these communities where they suspect that criminals are taking refuge. 

If criminals take refuge in any Community in Biafra land, that doesn't make them IPOB members or ESN operatives, We have also not said there are no more criminal gangs in Biafra land just like every other country even in the advanced Western nations. 

But we won't accept the tagging of every Criminal element found in Biafra as an IPOB member or ESN operative. 

Recall that some of these criminals were already mentioned by IPOB leadership sometime during a broadcast. IPOB leadership said these criminals were unleashing mayhem on innocent citizens in some communities. Some of these hoodlums were a creation of wicked politicians in their desperation to discredit IPOB and ESN.

The federal High Court sitting in Umuahia Abia State has today 19th January 2022 delivered a judgement, bothering on violation of fundamental human rights of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian government, the case which was initiated by Barrister Aloy Ejimakor on 27th of August 2021 has today received it finally judgement. 

The court procession which took place today at Umuahia High Court has recorded yet another big victory for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Introducing himself to the court was Barrister Aloy Ejimakor, legal counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, proceeding judge was Justice Benson Anya. Ruling on fundamental rights suit of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by Justice Benson Anya are as follows: 

1) The Nigerian government has no jurisdiction to stop him from hearing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu fundamental rights suit 

2) That Umuahia High Court has no jurisdiction to rule over his extraordinary rendition from Kenya 

3) That Nigerian government legal counsel did little in defending the evidence which was attached to the fundamental rights suit filed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu legal counsel, Barrister Aloy Ejimakor 

4) That Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was illegally abducted in Kenya, which mean he was extraordinary rendition to Nigeria 

5) That the military invasion of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu home in 2017 was unlawful and an infringement on his human rights 

6) That Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never jumped bail, rather it was an assassination attempt on his life during the invasion of his home that made him run for his life. 

7) The Nigerian government should pay him the sum of 1Billion naira, as compensation for grossly violating his fundamental rights 

8) The Nigerian government should write a public apology letter to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu over violation of his fundamental rights

Sign Of Weakness Fresh terrorism charges filed by the Nigerian government against Mazi Nnamdi is watery, sloop and lack legal merit it's proof that the Nigeria government has failed woefully in every process in The trial of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, knowing fully well that they violated international convention and protocol against extraordinary rendition and kidnapping of a foreign national who had renounced Nigerian citizenship amidst serving IPOB legal team amended charges on the eve of court day is a sign of weakness. 

I have gone through the baseless 15th terrorism charges filed by the Nigerian government against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, am yet to see charges like, he accused Buhari of being a rapist, dead and Buried in Saudi Arabian in 2017, Filing fresh charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu without coming to defend it in court, has proven to humanity that the charges are watery and lack legal merit. 

The big question remains, Why is the Nigerian government afraid of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? Why are they running away from their court? Why have they failed woefully to defend not even one charge against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? Running away from your court and looking for means to delay his trial can't save the Nigerian government, it proves how weak the Nigerian government are in defending their charges against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, that alone is evidence that the Nigerian government are guilty of the charges they levied against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

It is equally noteworthy that out of the 15 worthless charges as amended, 13 charges says the same thing repeatedly, what abuse of court process as thundered by IPOB resilient lawyers. 

Having learned that the Nigerian government is interfering with the judiciary, which has to prove that her judiciary is on trial, we wish to warn Justice Binta Nyako that on no account should she entertain any frivolous charges from the Nigerian government nor adjourn the case trial, as such will be resisted by IPOB. 

We seek nothing but the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from DSS Dungeon because he committed no crime known to Nigerian law or international law, in the stated dates of 18th,19th and 20th all we expect is nothing but justice from justice Binta Nyako court and such justice must be dependent on the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. ALL HAIL BIAFRA.

In respect to court proceedings of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu,18th,19th and 20th January 2022 at federal high court Abuja, the head of Directorate of state of indigenous people of Biafra, Mazi Chika Edoizem has stated unequivocally that the scheduled Sit at Home which is normally observed by Biafrans during Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu court case will only be observed on 18th of January 2022. 

Mazi Chika Edoizem who made this known via his official Facebook handle, also warn Biafrans that should any sit at home be held on 19th and 20th, it will jeopardize the court proceedings of Umuahia Federal High Court, which will force the chief judge to postpone the case, he went on to say that, IPOB legal team worked very hard to conclude this case quickly and to this stage, therefore, whether win or lose on this particular day, any more adjournment will be dangerous and severely injurious to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu legal interest. 

On this note, Biafrans are advised to disregard any news or propaganda been paddled by enemies of Biafrans that there will be sit@home on 19th and 20th, such news or headlines should be reported as fake, those behind such treacherous act in due time shall pay dearly, they must understand that we are ever resolute and formidable to counter their liars and propaganda. 

Haven said this, Biafrans are hereby authorized to deal decisively with any criminal seen enforcing sit@home on 19th and 20th, the Monday sit at home has long been suspended by IPOB, our people must rise and defend themselves against those criminals destroying properties and maiming our people all in the name of enforcing sit@home, every community in Biafra land should mobilize themselves every Monday and deal with those fool's parading themselves as IPOB and ESN. 

Come 18th,19th and 20th of January 2022, we expect nothing but unconditionally release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, a prisoner of conscience, both the Federal high court in Abuja and that of Umuahia should serve justice to whom it's due.

In keeping with our avowed solidarity with our Leader, the entire Biafra land will be on lockdown only on January 18 for obvious reasons. Biafrans should understand that 19th January is the judgment day in the suit by our Leader against the Federal Government which is pending before an Umuahia High Court. So, there will be no sit-at-home on that day. Again, we don't want to compound the pains of our people, hence, we will limit the sit-at-home to only January 18. 

Biafrans and residents of Biafra are free to go about their businesses without molestations on 19th and 20th January. Anybody found enforcing non-existent Monday sit-at-home on 17th, 19th and 20th is criminal and must be treated as such, IPOB leadership have given order and that order is what our leader Mazi Nnamdi signed. Everybody must be careful because this waves that are coming will consume many and every principal officer of IPOB, mostly the coordinators must know that it will bounce on their heads if they don't checkmate the activities of their members and call them to order and report them to the appropriate authorities of IPOB. IPOB is not a village meeting or social club where everybody has the right to behave untowardly to the public like cultists. 

We will not accept that. Members of IPOB in Biafraland must be very careful from now onwards because the enemies want to create problems for them, but be rest assured that IPOB will overcome and win this fight we are into and our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU must be released unconditionally whether the enemy likes it or not because he committed no crime known to the law of Nigeria or international. 

It is on the table and to the knowledge of IPOB leadership how some principal officers were encouraging evils in IPOB without minding the repercussions and consequences but we want to make it categorically known to them that it will come back to him or her who encourages evil against his or her fellow human beings. No coordinator in Biafraland has the right to recruit ESN members into ESN camp, and those they recruited will soon be termed as criminals causing a problem for IPOB meanders and ESN outfits. 

For clarity sake, we reiterate that there will be no sit-at-home on January 19th and 20th. Nobody is expected to interfere with either human or vehicular movements in those days under any guise. Any detractor or agent of darkness caught obstructing peoples activities in Biafra land on January 19th and 20th in the name of enforcing sit-at-home will regret his or her actions. 

We realise that some unscrupulous traitors are trying to create confusion these days and dishing false information and propaganda trying to create confusion in Biafra land. IPOB never declared sit at home on 19th and 20th of January 2022. Therefore, we want all Biafrans to go to their normal business on these days without fear. Anybody issuing an order to sit at home on the 19th and 20th of January is not a member of IPOB. 

Such persons are working against the interest of our leader and the entire struggle for independence. They should be disregarded. 

For the umpteenth time, IPOB is under one Central Command and Control and doesn't have parallel or factional leadership. 

The Directorate of State (DOS) under the command of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is in charge of the global movement of IPOB. Anybody who is not loyal to DOS is an impostor and should be disregarded. 

We expect our people everywhere to adhere to this directive and refuse to be misled by sacked members of IPOB in Europe and America. IPOB remains unshakeable, built and rooted on the rock and will remain so until the freedom for Biafra is fully achieved.

As Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Court case is coming up on 18th, 19th and 20th January 2022 in Abuja and 19th In Umuahia Biafrans worldwide are expecting Victory through unconditional release Of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for the IPOB leader, who was illegally arrested, Extra - Ordinary renditioned to Nigeria by Nigeria government on 29th June 2021. 

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has been illegally held in the DSS dungeon since then after he was first arraigned before a Federal High Court Abuja on 29 June without notifying his legal representative and was ordered to remain in DSS by Binta Nyako the presiding Judge, even though it was an infringement violation to his human rights. 

Biafrans all over the world are hoping that the long-awaited freedom of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be delivered during the upcoming Court Case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu On the 18th, 19th, 20th in Abuja and 19th January in Umuahia. 

As our Amiable ever gallant Lawyers, Barrister Alloy Ejimakor the Special Counsel to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and other teams of lawyers will be representing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Umuahia on 19th January 2022 while Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor the lead Counsel and host of other lawyers will be present on 18th, 19th and 20th January to represent Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Abuja. 

Injustice against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is injustice against all Biafrans and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu needs support from all and sundry on that faithful day, we must find means to pay solidarity to him in Court during his trial on that day both in Abuja and Umuahia. 

I urge every Biafrans to come out en-mass to stand with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Court without fear of intimidation because Nigeria security operatives are expected to behave themselves on that day. 

We must understand the need for us to stand out now in support of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu during his court case in Umuahia and Abuja as it is more clear that the long-expected freedom of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be delivered on that day.

Having watched the pre-recorded interview granted to whomever that is parading himself as Muhammad Buhari by channels TV, I must say the impostor during the interview messed up the script that was given to him by his F*lani handlers, F*lani parochialism and nepotism towards Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Biafra restoration project will expose their evil did before humanity, and spell doom to F*lani race. Contrary to the statement by Muhammad Buhari during his pre-recorded interview, he said and I quote " will not pardon Nnamdi Kanu, he should defend himself in court" Now the question to Muhammad Buhari is this? what crime has Mazi Nnamdi Kanu committed that will warrant granting a presidential pardon to him? 

Has he been convicted by any court of law? If at all Mazi Nnamdi Kanu committed any crime? Allow the court to decide that and stop interfering If Muhammad Buhari wants him to defend himself in court, why are they interfering in court proceedings, why deny his legal team access to court premises? Why barricade the court premises? why is the DSS who only answers to you now in the business of abducting Biafrans and supporters of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu? Why are clergies who have spoken against the impunity by the DSS invited for questioning? what do all of these questions, suggest to you? Nigerian government should stop running from their court, they should stop the judicial antics and face Nnamdi Kanu squarely in court, he should be given a fair and speedy hearing, if, at all he committed any crime known to Nigerian law, I challenge them to bring him to court, stop intimidating and harassing his legal team with lawless DSS and stop the endless adjournments. 

Is it funny that the impostor in Aso-rock acting on script given to him by F*lani Janjaweed, openly disgraced himself by shouting no political solution for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, as if he can't defend himself in court against the bogus charges preferred on him by the Nigerian government, those presiding over the affairs of Nigeria should prepare themselves to be tried and disgraced, for the heinous crime committed with impunity by illegally abducting and kidnapping Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya, you openly shot yourself in the legs by shouting no political solution for him because he has consistently turned down your political offers, you think Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is that cheap as to accept your political solution, then you must be mad, what he wants is nothing but a U.N supervised plebiscite on all Biafran territories. With the extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu by the Nigerian government, 

I think they lack legal merit, internationally and locally to prosecute him in any court of law, they can't continue to benefit from their wrong deed, the only option left for them is to release him unconditionally first, then, return him to Kenya where they abducted him from, follow due process extradition before they can be fit to prosecute him in any court of law. 

Muhammad Buhari should kindly allow justice to prevail by defending himself in his court with the assertion levelled on him by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, that Muhammad Buhari is dead and Buried in Saudi Arabia in 2017.
