Biafran women protest in Aba

Today being 30th November 2022, Abịa State women are out again to protest against the continuous illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra.

As witness by Umuchiukwu Writers correspondents, Biafran mothers are becoming more decisive and fearless in their demand for the release of their beloved son and leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

The collective boldness and action of these women are reflecting to the Aba women riot of 1929 in which women from different parts of the Eastern region of Nigeria met in Aba the current commercial city of Abịa State to Protest violently against the colonial masters who were using warrant chiefs to extort money from the women in the name of tax. History will never forget that.

The same history is about to repeat itself if the federal government of Nigeria refuse to obey the order of both federal high court Umuahia and the Appeal Court Abuja who have dismissed and acquitted Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra . So, Nigeria government should re-trace her step and respect the rule of law by releasing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu as different courts have ordered. Tyranny is not acceptable in democracy.

The protest was organised by the Abia State coordinator under the supervision of IPOB Directorate of State led by Mazi Chika Edoziem , the Head of Directorate of State .

Biafrans in Aba were very happy seeing the courageous Biafran women matching around the city. It was observed that many other women joined the protest , as they vow never to relent by giving their support to make sure Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is released and Biafra restored .

Biafra: Nigeria Has All The Characteristics Of A Failed Country

28th November 2022

How seriously should Nigeria be taking herself as a country? What really is the state of her health as a successful, failed, succeeding or failing state? Are there signs to show how far Nigeria has plummeted or risen on the success ramp?

With the dominant presence of warlords, paramilitary groups, corrupt policing, armed gangs or terrorism, mess up the security and dignity apparatus of Nigeria. The very existence of the state becomes dubious and the state appears like a failed state.

It is sad that like somalia, democratic republic of the congo, Nigeria has become a full fledged failed state . Nigeria can no longer guarantee the safety of her citizens. Nigeria is unsafe. Nigeria has weak rule of  law. The Nigerian borders are porous. Boko Haram, insurgents, bandits, and all sorts of gunmen are infiltrating Nigeria through her porous borders. Every failed state harbour violence, internal rebellion and insurrection and different forms of violent internal strife.

It is very obvious that the Nigeria government is incapable of providing peace and stability to the people of Nigeria. In the past, the ongoing massive killings, banditry, kidnapping, assassination and internal insurrection were restricted to only the North  Eastern Nigeria. Now the whole country is engulfed with violent killings, insurrection and mayhem. For example, hardly any day passes these days without some Nigerian in different parts of the country being killed or mowed down or abducted or willfully assassinated .

The most tragic of them all depicting Nigeria as a failed country is the ongoing, extra judicial killings and gross human right abuses being perpetuated in the South Eastern Nigeria by the Nigerian police and Nigerian Army under the guise of conducting house to house raids to smoke out IPOBians and ESN members from their hideout in the South East. The Nigerian Army and the Nigerian police abandoning the rules of engagement have been killing and injuring unarmed civilians in the South East.

It is amazing that the anti-igbo sentiment and the Igbo hatred are yet to fizzle out for 51 years after the civil war. You can now see how Igbos are continually being made the scapegoat of the simmering Nigerian political crises. For example, rebels, killers, abductors and arsonists abound in different parts of the country. In the north they are freely killing Nigerians and destroying public facilities for years under the close watch of the Nigerian Army.

The fulani herdsmen have been freely going about killing and maiming their victims. The Nigerian Army does not crush them. Miyetti Allah, Sheikh Ahmed Gumi and others have been inciting the citizens and making utterance that verge on treasonable felony. They get away with them. They are untouchable, Igbos are the targets . You can see how they are taking advantage of the recent violent killings and destruction of public facilities in Igbo land to reenact or fan the embers of pre-civil war Igbo prejudice towards the Igbo people.

Nigeria is long expired Nigeria have no amendment
Nigeria is gone.
No more chanting "One Nigeria" help out

Christian1ty is a religion of conquest, which is the reason why modern-day Nigerian churches are not places of worship but are seen as scamming centres, they are places where professional scammers parading themselves as pastors scam their gullible folks and sell their ancient myths to them in other to make money, church members are made to contribute money for a pastor to buy private jet when they don't have a motorcycle as if that's not enough they will also tell the members to sow a seed for construction of university the church wants to build, a university that they can't afford to send their children to.

The true prophets in the scriptures only collected donations from people that have and use them to help the poor masses that need help, but these days false prophets extort money from the masses only to use billions of dollars to purchase a private jet, and flashy cars and landed properties

The type of offering, sowing of seeds and tithe offering this new millennium churches in Nigeria are collecting every day is overwhelming, imagine a situation where one goes to church with five thousand naira only to go home with a fifth naira, after he or she might have been scammed by those pastors  The name of offering.

The truth must be told that those pastors are scammers, how can there be prosperity in a country where there is no electricity, no good road, no infrastructure, after going to school no job for the youths, a country where the government is suppressing her citizens every day, while the pastors keep teaching them prosperity that will lead them to destruction, no wonder all they care and preach about is prosperity, so people can sow seeds for them to get a better life, they richer your pastors become, they poorer becomes the members, the church is one of the most lucrative business in the history of mankind as far as a country like Nigeria exists.

I'm amazed how church leaders are acquiring worldly properties, it hurts my heart to see so-called servants of God with so many attachments,
many have entangled themselves with  affairs that contradict their calling to the service of Chiukwu like, prosperity pastors are confusing the lives of their gullible folks, and they must stop making those who are struggling financially feel that God does not love them, Christianity is not only about prosperity, stop exploiting and extorting money from innocent members, let them give willingly and cheerfully, stop enriching yourself with the money gotten from poor masses.

If Religious activities will save humanity, Nigeria would have been the best country in the world, we have more churches than any other country, yet we are the most corrupt country, more companies and factories in replacement of churches would change the lives of every average Nigerian and better the society, the amount of wealth created through mischievous contributed offerings by Nigerians every Sunday can build the best infrastructure, build more companies, empower the average Nigerian who is struggling for a better living and help reshape the destinies and mentalities of so many who have been deceived into becoming religious extremists.

It's only a foolish dog that barks at a flying bird, recall that In 1970 after the Nigerian Biafra war otherwise also referred to as "genocide" which lasted for three years, in which millions of Biafrans were Massacred, millions of properties were destroyed by Nigerian troops in collaboration with the western world, we were told by Nigerian government it was a no victor, no vanquish declaration, we were made to put down our arms for reconciliation, we left the battlefield with mixed feelings of excitement, nervousness and fear, we headed to the houses we built, we were told by Nigerian government they are now "Abandon Properties" and have been shared as spoils of war, We went to the banks we were told that the money we kept, despite owning millions of naira we were only given 20 pounds, in which Nigerian government claimed it a punishment for economic sabotage.

Our territories were balkanized and given to neighbouring states all in the name of state creation, in other to make us look landlocked and handless, despite the no victor, no vanquish after the war of attrition and genocide committed against Ndigbo, the military declared no Igboman will exceed the rank of a "Major" in the army and equivalent rank in any other military formation, we were subjected to all manners of degrading suffer and humiliation.

They made our farmlands/greener pasture a bane of survival for their cattle, they pretended as if we are one Nigerian yet cannot stop the marginalisation of Ndigbo, all our skilled and technical establishments in Igboland were abandoned, no international airport/seaport, no federal infrastructure, the only infrastructure we have received from Nigeria government since after the war was only military checkpoints and army barracks, with all these conspiracies and subjugation yet some efulefus still believe in one Niger-area.

We were marginalized from all angles, yet they still depended on  Ndigbo in terms of natural resources, economically and academically, but like seeds, perhaps they didn’t know the dangers of burying us, we’ve germinated and have grown stronger and better, because we are  Ndigbo, our resilient nature, coupled with high sense of competent consistency has indeed proven to the world that we multiply in wealth and wisdom, since they thought that we have been buried and forgotten.

Nigeria's government and those who colluded with them to hold Ndigbo hostage in that enclave called Niger-eria will never experience true prosperity until they make true peace with Ndigbo because northern Nigeria will continue to suffer for their atrocities against Ndigbo.

Appeal Court Ruling: Abubakar Malami And The Nigerian Government Suppressing The Judicial system

Abubakar Malami , Attorney-General of the Federation

A good definition of a quack lawyer is an attorney general of the federation who has failed to acknowledge that when death wants to kill a dog it prevents it from perceiving the smell of faeces.
The attorney general and minister of Justice of Nigeria Abubakar Malami and the Nigerian government are the only people in the world who goes to a lower court with a case already decided by a higher Court, it is on record that on the 13th of October 2022 the appeal court of Nigeria discharged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu of all the seven-count charges that were brought against him before the court and subsequently declared him free and ordered that no court in Nigeria has the jurisdiction to hear the seven court changes that were brought against him by the federal government of Nigeria through the ministry of Justice. The Nigerian government has since refused to obey the court order and has continued to detain him unlawfully in a dungeon at the facilities of the DSS.

The minister of justice and attorney general of the Nigerian federation Abubakar Malami and those running the Nigerian government led by an impostor have never become this confused before, they are more confused than confusion itself.
How would any reasonable government in the world bring back a case that has been ruled and decided by an appeal court back to a lower court for proceedings? where in the world does it happen?
This is a joke taken too far by the Nigerian government.
How sure are we that those managing the Nigerian government and Abubakar Malami the attorney general are not insane?
These people might be under the influence of some hard drugs, their brains need to be examined properly, because it's an abuse of the court and legal system, not to obey court orders.

I thought there is a popular saying, that the judiciary is the last hope of the common man.
But with the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the Nigerian government how do we reconcile such saying?
The current tampering of judicial processes by the Nigerian government has proven to humanity that the Nigerian government suppresses the judiciary which is the primary reason why so many people don't want to continue being called Nigerians and would rather prefer to have and build a country and civilisation of their own like IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are asking for the Exit of Biafra from Nigeria through a referendum.

The Nigerian government ably led by an impostor are destroying the judicial system, the executive rascality on the judiciary has taken away the independent of the judiciary we now have dictators and tyranny in the judicial system, those who claimed to be learned but find it very difficult to interpret the law without fear or favour or whose Ox is gored, no wonder the former U.S supreme court Justice Tom Clark once said in 1977, that nothing can destroy a government more quickly than its failure to observe its laws, or worse, its disregard of the charter of its existence, the day Nigeria become a failed entity was the day it failed to obey its judicial system.

The Nigerian government is trying everything to make the Judiciary useless and absolutely nothing before the people, the executive has continued to intimidate the judiciary with impunity using its control over the security forces.

The current contempt of court order by Abubakar Malami is unacceptable, that syndrome of disobeying court orders at all cost has to be challenged by well-meaning Nigerians, the Appeal court must brace up to the challenge and hold Abubakar Malami responsible for this contempt, he has to resign and get prosecuted for the violation of both the Nigerian laws and international laws and treaties and if found guilty he should serve the punishment

Abubakar Malami the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice must be reminded that the ruling by the court of appeal on the 13th of October 2022 discharging Mazi Nnamdi Kanu still stands, that ruling has not been set aside by the Supreme court which means Abubakar Malami and his lawless DSS are the ones still holding Mazi Nnamdi Kanu under solitary confinement, Abubakar Malami the tyrant parading himself as the attorney general must obey court order and release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu without further delay.

The Extraordinary Rendition Of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu As The Feast Of The Judiciary And Executive Rascality

Author : Ezekwereogu Odinaka

11th November 2022

Chief Mike Ozekome SAN, is no doubt a Legal Iroko, but then, there is a man called Chief Wole Olanipekun, SAN, OFR who is a Nigerian Lawyer and former President of the Nigerian Bar Association and Senior Advocate of Nigeria also known or referred to as the "LEGAL SPIRIT" In the practice of law.

There is a reason I am bringing this comparison to awaken our subconscious minds to the reality that "THERE IS NO TRUTH IN LAW, THE TRUTH IS ACCORDING TO THE LAW". This assertion plays a huge role in technicalities pending our Leader's case before the Nigerian Court.
I have followed keenly to observe the routine executive rascality that has indirectly linked the chambers of the Judiciary in this dance of macabre

Let me quote Barr Malcolm on chief Wole Olanipekun SAN

"I have equally and keenly followed the case of one alleged professional misconduct against one Mrs Adekunbi Ogunde Esq, a partner at the law firm of Wole Olanipekun & Co, in which Wole Olanipekun SAN, OFR, and chairman, the body of benchers (BOB) is a partner, pending before the legal practitioner's disciplinary committee (LPDC).

Chief Wole Olanipekun SAN, once had a case that questioned his integrity on alleged professional misconduct from one of his partners in his law firm, as at the time he was the chairman of NBA, Issues have been raised, and the issue at stake is very simple and it is whether Wole Olanipekun SAN, as chairman of BOB whose partner in his law firm is facing an allegation of professional misconduct before the LPDC should step aside as chairman of BOB for an interim leader to take over the helm of the affair of the BOB so that the LPDC can carry out a fair and unbiased trial of the case?

The answer to the above question without any iota of doubt and fear of contradiction is affirmative.
The reasons for arriving at this conclusion are as follows:

The petition in question is against a partner in chief Olanipekun's law firm who allegedly acted as his agent and other partners in the firm solicited for the brief that led to the alleged act of professional misconduct and therefore binds them.

Chief Olanipekun is the principal and founding partner of his firm and is very much involved in its day-to-day running and consequently has an interest in the outcome of the decision of the LPDC.

The petitioner asked the LPDC to "consider whether the partners of the firm of Wole Olanipekun & Co. are not liable to be disciplined by the LPDC which makes Chief Olanipekun an interested party"

Chief Olanipekun is currently the Chairman of the Body of Benchers, which is the highest ruling body in the Nigerian legal profession, made up of Supreme Court judges, Presiding Justices of the Court of Appeal and Chief Judges of all state High Courts

The LPDC is a committee of the Body of Benchers that have the responsibility of determining and considering charges brought against legal practitioners in Nigeria who have misbehaved in their capacity as legal practitioners.

The LPDC is a standing committee of the BOB whose processes come under the supervision of the Chairman of the BOB an office that Chief Olanipekun is currently occupying.

Because of the learned silk’s involvement in the matter and his influence and position in the BOB, there is the likelihood of a conflict of interest and consequently, the right thing for him to do to prove his innocence and scrupulousness is for him to step aside for the trial of the case to be settled without the LPDC coming under undue suspicion of impartiality.

Ordinarily for the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) to assert that Mrs Adekunbi Ogunde Esq, Chief Olanipekun’s partner is guilty of professional misconduct and went further to suggest to the LPDC why the learned silk and other partners of his firm should not be sanctioned, the onus and burden of proof fall on the NBA. However, since Chief Olanipekun has come out to raise the defence that his said partner did not have his permission or consent to carry out the act that she is being accused of throws back the onus and burden of proof at him and the other partners of his firm to establish their innocence and this is the more reason why Chief Olanipekun must step aside as Chairman BOB.

Chief Olanipekun continued sitting tight as Chairman of BOB is a collective insult to the intelligence and sensibility of all members of the legal profession in Nigeria either at the bar or bench and must not be condoned because it is going to set a bad precedence, Chief Olanipekun is not bigger than the legal profession and must not be indulged.

It is an embarrassment to the entire legal profession for the BOB to keep mum and allow Chief Olanipekun to continue to remain in office as her chairman, clothing and enabling him with impunity and immunity.
More damning and disgusting is the fact that the BOB stood by and watched Chief Olanipekun preside over the call to the bar of 1,507 (One thousand, five hundred and seven ) new wigs, polluting the minds of the greenhorns with sentiments.
Just hear him out:

“Appreciate those amongst you who are doing well rather than trying to pull them down. In other words, do not get enrolled in either a PHD course or School. And by PHD, I mean, Pull him/her down.”,

“And when you attain high offices, extend courtesies and respect to your seniors and predecessors in office. Do not run them down or speak ill of them”

“I pray that in due season when God elevates every one of you and you become the cynosure of eyes, may no power principalities or blackmailer be able to bring you down.”

I advise Chief Olanipekun to stop being unnecessarily sentimental and dramatic for his good and the good of the legal profession as a whole. He must do well to step aside because no amount of explanation can justify his actions.
For the BOB to gain the trust of the generality of members of the legal profession, it must itself at this point ask Olanipekun to excuse himself for the LPDC to carry out her lawful duty. End of Quote.

This same Legal spirit as widely acclaimed was very much instrumental to the judgement that made APC win PDP in court at the Supreme, I am talking about the Buhari vs Atiku judgment at the Supreme. How he was able to overturn a case that was proven to be in favour of The PDP was through the STAY OF EXECUTION HE TENDERED ORALLY CITING that time was no longer in the part of the law to apply as the status quo beckons, the judges wholeheartedly agreed, that very case was between Chief Mike Ozekhome SAN, the Legal Iroko vs Chief Wole Olanipekun SAN, the Legal spirit.
This is becoming a case, not before the Court but a case of what the agenda wants as it is playing out before our very eyes on Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Court of Appeal Judgement which was equally set aside by an orally tendered appeal for "Stay Of Execution"

Chief Olanipekun is currently the brain behind every approach applications the federal government has undertaken towards the Mazi Nnamdi Kanu case no matter how stupid the applications may sound, it has played a huge role, beginning from the endless process of amendments.
Let me digress.

From the foregoing, history is solidly in favour of any incumbent president as it concerns electoral disputes or other cases before her and rulings of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the judgment, therefore, did not come as a surprise to many, besides the fact that some had expressed concern over the selection of justices for the apex court before the hearing of the appeal, there is nothing at the moment to signify that the court would have the gut to unseat a sitting president or disallow the stay of execution tendered by the Federal Government, even in previous elections with less credulity and wanton violence, the irregularities were held as insufficient to invalidate the outcome of the process, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's clear case of having been extraordinarily renditioned isn't a different information or new information to the approach as witnessed.

The law is a social modulator, and maybe that is what we have here.
The judges are human beings and members of society, sometimes, the judges gauge the mood of society and try to provide the necessary balance, especially in the face of potential threats, when the apex court goes that route though, it is travelling on the path of politics and social science rather than law, It is not impossible that the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the Atiku case took a firm decision to protect the country from any outbreak of violence or hostilities, Buba Galadima, a Buhari ally turned adversary, has said that Buhari’s declaration as the winner did not result in any jubilation on the streets. He did not raise the flip question; would the declaration of Atiku as a winner or anything close to that have resulted in the jubilation he seeks? Maybe not either, Galadima is biased but the plain truth is that the Nigerian voter is so alienated, cynical and so disconnected, he or she is right now largely indifferent and that is part of the problem with Nigerian democracy.

The Nigerian electorate must rediscover its voice, Still, the judex must not descend into the arena of politics, the law must be applied in its purest form, and the ruling of the Supreme Court when it eventually becomes available should address all the jurisprudential issues that have been raised on all sides for our collective education,
the case is now closed.

Just like this previous part asked, will the freedom of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu spell an end to Nigeria's existence? It is an answer you and I know, and it will play a huge role in whatever judgment the judiciary at the Supreme level will put on the table.

The Supreme Court is the apex court, there is no further appeal beyond it, especially in election matters, which are by the way sui generis

I think it drips with too much bitterness, innuendoes and cynicism.

Atiku equally quoted that: “The nail has been put on the coffin and the gains we collectively made since 1999 are evaporating, and a requiem is at hand, In a democracy, you need a strong judiciary, a free press, and an impartial electoral umpire, Nigeria has none of those three elements as of today”
But even more, telling the opening paragraph of his statement and here it is:

“It is said that the Supreme Court is not final because it is infallible, but that it is infallible because it is final.”

Nigeria's Democracy is guilty of an ideology that they have not upheld since the era of Democracy in Nigeria, someone does the bidding, In anyways I give special kudos to the Legal team for a job well done this far.
There is no struggle without grace.

IPOB Agitation: Biafra Can Not Be Like Nigeria Because We Paid The Price Of Freedom With Our Blood

A new state called Biafra will soon be declared, and the creation of Biafra will pose problems to the corrupt foundations that have held down Africa, responsible for us not to develop and join other parts of the world in the scientific development, economic and technological progress.

The coming of Biafra will change everything about Africa from negative to positive, the healthy economic competition will be activated immediately and the industrialisation revolution of Africa will kick off with delay, it will be better said that Africa is waiting for the coming of Biafra to come back to life.

In the history of post-colonial Africa, no country has suffered a more tragic experience than the Indigenous people of Biafra. After almost twenty years of gradual constitutional evolution through relatively orderly processes of conferences and negotiations, the structure of constitutional agreement collapsed, the army was broken into regional groups, and citizens of the Eastern region origin fled other parts and regions of the country during a series of massacres and pogrom, particularly in the North which produces a migration of hundreds of thousands of persons down to the East, the central government lost the effective authority over the Eastern region, because of their inability to protect them when it mattered most and when orderly processes of negotiations were suspended, the Eastern region sought it's own security and survival by declaring its Independence shortly after which the central government sought to re-establish its authority in the area by declaring war upon a people who were still nursing their wounds and injuries.
The genocidal war, which lasted two and one-half years, produced over three million casualties from the military bombing of civilian populated areas, rape, disease and starvation which was mostly of the Igbo tribe. (Biafrans)

The daily increase in the death of children caused by starvation orchestrated by the British government, advised by Obafemi Awolowo and enforced by the Yakubu Gowon led Nigeria government made the Biafran leader General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu leave the country and allowed his second in command General Philip Effiong to hand over to general Olusegun Obasanjo of the Nigerian troops in January 1970.

During his reception of the Biafran leaders led by General Effiong in Lagos Yakubu Gowon declared no victor no vanquished with his initiation of the three Rs of Reconciliation, Rehabilitation, and Reconstruction which never saw the light of day.
The immediate issues of the war were resolved in favour of one Nigeria, but the implications of these issues reached beyond political boundaries.

IPOB is a laser beam focused on the restoration of the sovereign State of Biafra and will never be distracted for the fact that we responded to those who are trying to drag our name in the mud is not an indication that we are losing focus.
IPOB has an open door policy to anyone and any organization that is genuine in the pursuit of the undiluted and holistic quest for the restoration of the nation of Biafra.

We have been killed, tortured, arrested, kidnapped, unlawfully imprisoned and subjected to all manner and forms of inhumane treatments in the hands of one Nigeria, we have made huge sacrifices for the cause of Biafra restoration and this very reason we, therefore, enjoin every Indigenous person of Biafra both home and in the diaspora to remain resolute, and formidable, IPOB will never relent in the pursuit of the Biafra restoration and freedom.
We have crossed the rubicon in our struggle for the freedom of Biafran sovereignty, there is no going back no matter the level of intimidation by our oppressors.

The Continuous Illegal Detention Of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Will Spell Doom For Nigeria

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu the IPOB leader

Since the independence of Nigeria in 1960 and it's becoming a Republic in 1963, the view has been widely held that corruption conspired with political instability has used the Nigerian state as a playground.
It's a clear fact to everyone that Nigeria is a lawless country.
A country that doesn't obey or respect the rule of law ain't worthy of being a country nor is it habitable for its citizens also.

The appeals court had asked the federal government to release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu who has been illegally detained in the dungeon of the department of state security services (DSS) the Nigerian state being a cruel and lawless country the federal government have refused to obey the court order which discharged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on the 13th of October 2022 claiming a man who is peacefully agitating for the freedom of his people for over a decade will pose a security risk to the country.

Now the question is, why is it that the federal government of Nigeria are scared of releasing Mazi Nnamdi Kanu?
Bringing up the argument of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's freedom posing a threat to the security of the country of Nigeria is a hoax as the country called Nigeria has never been secured or safe with citizens of Biafra forming the majority of victims of the decades of insecurity in Nigeria which is one of the reasons Mazi Nnamdi Kanu embarked on the journey to secure the future of his people in a separate sane country where the life of her citizens will be valued and their properties protected, where the rule of law will be honoured by everyone including the executive arm of the government.

It should be of a notice to everyone in and outside Nigeria that the continued detention of Mazi Nnamdi Nnamdi Kanu by the federal government of Nigeria from the 13th day of October 2022 till date is illegal, unlawful, oppressive, unconscionable and unconstitutional as it violates his fundamental human rights to dignity of personal liberty and right to freedom of movement.

The federal government of Nigeria have no authority or justification whatsoever to detain him in complete defiance and disregard to the positive order of the appeal court which discharges him and barred the federal government from detaining or prosecuting him further in any court in Nigeria.
Even though the federal government of Nigeria knows all these, they have decided and insisted on keeping the leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in the DSS dungeon to date.

IPOB and Biafrans across the globe as a whole have been too patient with the federal government of Nigeria and they have remained peaceful in the face of the numerous provocations and intimidations from the corrupt and lawless Nigerian federal government therefore no one should blame or question IPOB for the impending doom that Nigeria may bring upon themselves if they continue to illegally detain Mazi Nnamdi Kanu because when the government becomes lawless the people will revolt.

Biafra Restoration Is Our Last Hope

IPOB member protesting in UK

The restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra remains the only hope of a better future for the Biafran people.

The emergence of Biafra had been foretold in prophecies a long time ago hence the IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has come up with the true reasons why the nation of Biafra must be accomplished and fully restored.

Biafra is the last hope that will help alleviate the poverty that had been ravaging the people of Africa since the creation of this earth and that is why Biafra restoration remains the trigger of development in Africa as a whole.

Biafra will be a nation that will bring hope for the future generation, a nation that will serve as a liberating tool for the entire black race and the African continent, a nation that will wipe away the tears of a thousand years of our fathers and mothers, a nation that will restore peace in Africa and across the world, a nation that will restore the value of the black race, a nation that will uphold the glory of God Almighty Elohim Chukwuokikeabiama puru ime ihe niile.

The British, US, EU and the entire western world know the truth about the people of Biafra, the Biafra restoration course, the same way it happened with Isreal in the past years when Israel was being restored to greatness but in the end, It stood tall because the Almighty Yahweh was with them.

Corruption is regarded as the abuse of public office for private gains, it remains and represents a serious threat to the stability and security of Nigeria, undermining their ethical values and the principles of justice and jeopardizing national development, the rule of law and equity.

There's no and can never be any hope for a better Nigeria and for this reason our quest for the Biafra restoration remains our last hope.

It is obvious that Biafran people are no longer needed in Nigeria and for this simple reason has again justified the IPOB agitation to restore Biafra.

Biafra will surely be restored and it will become a great nation and never, ever fall again.

The Federal High Court Abuja today, 2nd November 2022 heard the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Co defendants in the persons of Benjamin Madubugwu, Bright Chimezie, Chidiebere Onwudiwe and David Nwawuisi.

The four defendants are standing trial on 3 count charges since 2015 alongside the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra Mazi Nnamdi Kanu until who was later discharged and acquitted of all charges by the Appeal Court of Abuja.

During the hearing today, the IPOB lead Counsel, Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor Esq. argued on the lack of jurisdiction of the court to proceed with the trial insisting  that the law prohibits a court from hearing a criminal cause which constitutes an alleged acts that occurred outside the Court's jurisdiction , stating that it also cost the defendants fortunes to travel all the way from East to Abuja everytime the case come up , noting that if the case is transferred to the State where the alleged acts constituting the frivolous offences was allegedly committed it will be easy and unencumbered for the Defendants to easily access court.

However, the judge Justice Binta Nyanko adjourned the case to 5th December 2022 for ruling after listening to erudite of the IPOB’S lead counsel . Also, Barrister Ejiofor emphasized on how frivolous the charges are and noted that he is confident that his clients will be discharged and acquitted as soon as possible, once the transfer of the court to the appropriate division of the federal High Court is effected  , which will equally afford him the opportunity to address the new court on the emptiness of the charge , that will necessitate the discharge of his clients .

October 31, 2022, was a great day as the Abia State Coordinator, Akparawa Mendie acknowledges Odina-ana (The most ancient way of life known to man which was handed over through our forefathers to us by CREATION Himself, CHIUKWU-OKIKE-ABIAMA)Akparawa Mendie, who is from Annang Province in Biafraland celebrated the native Kolanut today amid the Great Biafran Elders, Abia State.

According to him, the celebration came up as a result of the Biafran culture of presentation of Kolanut on every occasion, which when broken, has various meanings depending on how many pieces it appeared in.

He went further in explaining by saying that he picked a Kolanut in a feast as it was presented to him to pray on, as he broke the Kolanut, it was so fortunate for him that the Kolanut appeared to be a seven-piece Kolanut, which means good fortune for who broke it. And this calls for celebration as Odina-ana so demands.

"I was so surprised when the interpretation by Igbo Biafran Elders on a Seven-piece Kolanut I broke in one occasion that I attended is being interpreted to be the same meaning by an elderly man in my village". "Then, I realized that Biafrans are tied with a common culture and value system".

In his remarks, he said, "I dedicate this celebration of Kolanut of good fortune for the FREEDOM of our Indefatigable leader, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and BIAFRA Restoration".

We also gained a great lesson on this memorable occasion today as the Biafran Elders educated us bountifully about Kolanut and other Biafran cultural practices.

The Annang and Ibibio-speaking Biafrans turned out en mass to grace the occasion in support of their son, Akparawa Mendie.

BIAFRA is our Religion!
BIAFRA is our Culture!
BIAFRA is our Heritage!
BIAFRA is our Life!
All Hail BIAFRA!
