Abubakar Malami , Attorney-General of the Federation

A good definition of a quack lawyer is an attorney general of the federation who has failed to acknowledge that when death wants to kill a dog it prevents it from perceiving the smell of faeces.
The attorney general and minister of Justice of Nigeria Abubakar Malami and the Nigerian government are the only people in the world who goes to a lower court with a case already decided by a higher Court, it is on record that on the 13th of October 2022 the appeal court of Nigeria discharged Mazi Nnamdi Kanu of all the seven-count charges that were brought against him before the court and subsequently declared him free and ordered that no court in Nigeria has the jurisdiction to hear the seven court changes that were brought against him by the federal government of Nigeria through the ministry of Justice. The Nigerian government has since refused to obey the court order and has continued to detain him unlawfully in a dungeon at the facilities of the DSS.

The minister of justice and attorney general of the Nigerian federation Abubakar Malami and those running the Nigerian government led by an impostor have never become this confused before, they are more confused than confusion itself.
How would any reasonable government in the world bring back a case that has been ruled and decided by an appeal court back to a lower court for proceedings? where in the world does it happen?
This is a joke taken too far by the Nigerian government.
How sure are we that those managing the Nigerian government and Abubakar Malami the attorney general are not insane?
These people might be under the influence of some hard drugs, their brains need to be examined properly, because it's an abuse of the court and legal system, not to obey court orders.

I thought there is a popular saying, that the judiciary is the last hope of the common man.
But with the case of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and the Nigerian government how do we reconcile such saying?
The current tampering of judicial processes by the Nigerian government has proven to humanity that the Nigerian government suppresses the judiciary which is the primary reason why so many people don't want to continue being called Nigerians and would rather prefer to have and build a country and civilisation of their own like IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu are asking for the Exit of Biafra from Nigeria through a referendum.

The Nigerian government ably led by an impostor are destroying the judicial system, the executive rascality on the judiciary has taken away the independent of the judiciary we now have dictators and tyranny in the judicial system, those who claimed to be learned but find it very difficult to interpret the law without fear or favour or whose Ox is gored, no wonder the former U.S supreme court Justice Tom Clark once said in 1977, that nothing can destroy a government more quickly than its failure to observe its laws, or worse, its disregard of the charter of its existence, the day Nigeria become a failed entity was the day it failed to obey its judicial system.

The Nigerian government is trying everything to make the Judiciary useless and absolutely nothing before the people, the executive has continued to intimidate the judiciary with impunity using its control over the security forces.

The current contempt of court order by Abubakar Malami is unacceptable, that syndrome of disobeying court orders at all cost has to be challenged by well-meaning Nigerians, the Appeal court must brace up to the challenge and hold Abubakar Malami responsible for this contempt, he has to resign and get prosecuted for the violation of both the Nigerian laws and international laws and treaties and if found guilty he should serve the punishment

Abubakar Malami the attorney general of the federation and minister of justice must be reminded that the ruling by the court of appeal on the 13th of October 2022 discharging Mazi Nnamdi Kanu still stands, that ruling has not been set aside by the Supreme court which means Abubakar Malami and his lawless DSS are the ones still holding Mazi Nnamdi Kanu under solitary confinement, Abubakar Malami the tyrant parading himself as the attorney general must obey court order and release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu without further delay.
