 Following the latest video release by filthy pig from the creek, Asari Tokunbo that the Nigerian government should not release Nnamdi Kanu, one begins to wonder if this blatant filthy pig is under the influence of Ukpuru Mmiri" sometimes I wonder why this pipeline bandit will be attacking a man he conned #20million naira, someone that wants to free him and his household from modern slavery. 

Come to think of it, why is this filthy pig Asari Dokubo afraid of Mazi Nnamdi? Why the sudden attacks on him, knowing fully well that he will be released very soon? Is it irony that a militant leader, who was granted amnesty is now advising the Nigerian government on what to do, the statement alone, why Nnamdi Kanu should not be released by Buhari's government has vindicated IPOB legal team, that the Nigerian government is interfering in judiciary?

The ignorant and stupidity of Asari Dokubo is the reason why he is been referred to as a " Pipeline bandit", con and petty criminal, because It's only a foolish and jobless man like him that will be ranting on social media every day, he kept boasting of his popularity and rich's yet his community cannot boost of portable drinking water, the same pipeline vandal advising Nigerian government to jail Nnamdi Kanu, siphoned millions of dollars given to him by Yar'adua administration for the development of Niger Delta Region, he went and nationalised in the Benin Republic, built secondary schools and tertiary institution named King Amachree African University, he, however, built no school's or colleges for Niger Deltans, that is the primitive life of a pipeline vandal, asking the Nigerian government to jail Nnamdi Kanu. 

The same filthy pig advocating for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be killed or jailed, must not forget that he was once arrested by the Olusegun Obasanjo administration and charged for treason for exercising his rights to self-determination, as part of a pledge by the Yar'adua administration to bring peace to Niger Delta Region he was granted bail, why then should this blatant filthy pig be advocating for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to be jailed when he knows fully well that he was once charged for treason and terrorism.

 For God sake, why do you blatant filthy pig from the creek keep ranting on social media each time you run out of cash, of course, each time you come on social media to yap rubbish we know that you are in dare need of cash, so the only way to attract the attention of your slave masters is to attack Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it simply means that without Nnamdi Kanu you will die of hunger, kindly in your quite time applaud Nnamdi Kanu for putting food on your table. 

You claimed to be richer and popular than Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, without knowing It's only a foolish man that announces his popularity or rich's, but a wise man's popularity or rich's is been announced by the entirety of humanity, so, you are a no match for Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, even in your clan Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is more popular than you, it was as a result of your unpopularity that made you pipeline vandal to fail woefully two times you contested for election in your local government. 

Someone close to this pipeline bandit known as Asari Dokubo should kindly ask him his net worth because that of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is about #20 million dollars the last time I checked. To your tent oh filthy pig of the creek, Asari Dokubo, I challenge you to prove your popularity by asking the Beninese citizens if they have had the name Asari Dokubo before?

It has been Confirmed that Chief Onyebuchi Ogbadu the Ivo LGA Chairman of Ebonyi State had ordered Ebubeagu and Police Officers attached to him to open fire on protesters who were Protesting yesterday against his involvement in shielding personnel of Ebubeagu who were behind the killings of innocent people in the State.

 The ugly incident which took place on Sunday, the 24th January 2022 had people killed while several others were injured. 

A report gotten by Umuchiukwu Writers disclosed that Protesters were Protesting along the road near the Ivo Chairman's House while some were in front of his Gate Singing, "End Ebubeagu Now " before Chief Onyebuchi Ogbadu who happened to be the Chairman of Ivo LGA came out from his house and ordered the Ebubeagu and Police to open fire on the Protesters killing two people instantly.

 Names of the Ebubeagu personnel involved in the killing of the Protesters as retained by our correspondents are as follows: Mr Innocent Otekwe from Umulu Iyioji Akaeze Ivo LGA and Mr Mike Owowo from Umulu Iyioji Akaeze Ivo LGA same Village where Chief Onyebuchi Ogbadu, the LGA Chairman hails from.

Reports confirmed that after the shooting of two Protesters who died instantly, the youths were infuriated leading to the burning down of the Ivo LGA Chairman house.

Ngornadi is challenging the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, over his (Ngornadi's) illegal arrest and detention since April 10, 2021, for making comments in support of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on social media.

Justice N.E Maha of the Federal High Court, Abuja, has adjourned to February 8, 2022, an application seeking the enforcement of fundamental rights filed by a businessman, Emeka Richmond Ngornadi.

 Ngornadi is challenging the Director-General of the Department of State Services, Yusuf Bichi, over his (Ngornadi's) illegal arrest and detention since April 10, 2021, for making comments in support of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) on social media.

At the resumed hearing of the case on Thursday, the trial judge adjourned the matter to February 8, 2022, on the ground that the applicant's reply on point of law and further affidavits to the respondents’ counter-affidavit was not yet received by the court.

The judge, after she had listened to the submissions of both applicant and defence counsels, Festus Ogun and Echika Owete, respectively stated that she would not go on with the case in the interest of justice until the record of the said application was properly received by the court.

Ngonardi, who hailed from Imo State, was arrested while travelling from Lagos to Anambra State by DSS operatives who were said to have been trailing him for two years.

It was gathered that before his arrest, the businessman was travelling from Lagos to Anambra to deliver baby items and goods he had bought for his pregnant wife who had earlier called to inform him that her Estimated Delivery Date was close.

The wife eventually gave birth in June but lost the baby due to psychological trauma over the arrest of her husband.

The DSS had accused him of being an IPOB member for openly expressing support for Biafra agitators and condemning security agents for the killing of innocent citizens in the Eastern region of the county.

Emeka had also developed a strange illness in DSS custody as he was said to be vomiting blood with rashes all over his body and had been denied access to doctors or drugs by the secret police.

The situation had raised concerns among his family members as his health condition got worse by the day.

The DSS had refused to charge him to court as he continued to languish in illegal detention in violation of his fundamental rights..

But the service hurriedly transferred him to a military holding facility Wama in Niger State shortly after he filed a suit challenging his unlawful detention.

SaharaReporters had reported how the operatives allegedly threatened to kill him if he dared to make any attempt to take the matter to court or if anybody took the matter to court on his behalf.

In a respondent's affidavits marked FHC/ABJ/CS/994/2021 obtained by SaharaReporters, the DSS had claimed that the applicant confessed to facilitating financial donations and funds to Eastern Security Network (ESN) through one Chinedu Arukwu presently at large.

 IPOB Following the victory judgment received yesterday the 19th of January 2022 in Abia State High Court sitting in Umuahia, we the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU, commend the Presiding Judge for his courage to declare the infamous military invasion of our leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's house illegal. 

We commend the court for granting justice to our leader at a time Nigerian judiciary is fast losing the confidence of the world due to compromised rulings by some corrupt judiciary officers. 

This latest judgment has to some extent redeemed the image of the judiciary in Nigeria and we ask other judges handling IPOB matters to help salvage completely the battered image of judiciary in Nigeria in the eyes of your global colleagues in the judiciary. 

We equally appreciate the efforts of Barrister Aloy Ejimakor and his team of lawyers for securing true judgment in this matter. Since September 14th, 2017 when this atrocity was committed no Court in Nigeria has been brave enough to condemn the barbarity and brutality of the military until this judgement. 

Nigeria security agencies Invaded our Leader's compound in Afarukwu kingdom in Ibeku Umuahia on 14th September 2017 with the single objective to eliminate our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU but God Almighty Chukwu Okike Abiama saved him from the evil hands of Fulani controlled federal government security agencies. 

Indeed, the award of #1billion damages can not equate to or compensate the enormous loss of life occasioned by that barbaric military action, however, the symbolism is very clear. 

The Umuahia High Court ruling exposed the truth about the goings-on to eliminate anybody found as a supporter and sympathiser of Biafra agitation. 

The judgement also vindicated our leader who never jumped bail contrary to the allegation but only escaped assassination by the military. The recent trump-up charges preferred against our leader Mazi Nnamdi are another indication that NIGERIA has nothing against him. 

The best thing for the Nigerian government and its security is to release our leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU unconditionally and redeem their image across the world because the world is watching what is going on in Nigeria. 

NIGERIA should give us a date for a referendum to ascertain whether or not our people want to continue with the so-called One NIGERIA. The only thing that can stop the agitation is the date for a referendum on the freedom of the people of Biafra.  

We will continue to win NIGERIA in every Court.

Greetings UmuChineke, Our attention has been drawn to the deliberate misrepresentation/falsehood and wrong narratives being perpetuated by some mischief-makers, which is unfortunately gradually gaining prominence on social media platforms and print media. 

Hence, it is pertinent that we provide clarification and clear the doubt. S.M. Labaran Esq., who stood in yesterday for the Director of Public Prosecution of the Federation is a colleague I hold in high esteem, but I shall resist every mischievous ploy being adopted to misinform the unsuspecting members of the public who were not privy to the details of the proceedings in court yesterday, with a wrong and mischievous interpretation of the purport of the Plea taken by our indefatigable Client - Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. 

For the records, Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never denied being the Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) while taking his plea, but only STOUTLY DENIED THE FACT THAT IPOB IS A TERRORIST ORGANISATION AND THAT BEING ITS LEADER IS AN OFFENCE, which position is well informed. 

Members of the public should be well guided that the status of the black market order proscribing IPOB is a subject of Appeal in Appeal Number: APPEAL NO. CA/A/214/2018, pending before the Court of Appeal, Abuja Division. 

That being said, it is only laughable that the Federal Government of Nigeria (FGN) in their desperate but futile attempt to give a dog a bad name in order to hang it, brought a charge bordering on the status of IPOB, a subject matter of a competent Appeal, where issues have been joined with the same FGN. 

Therefore, be properly guided UmuChineke, because we have sufficiently addressed the emptiness of that count an entire charge in our compelling Submissions before the Court, now adjourned to be heard on the 16th day of February 2022. 

We do not wish to dwell further on this subject but be rightly informed that Onyendu Mazi Nnamdi Kanu never denied being the Leader of IPOB while taking his Plea yesterday.

We the global movement and family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) under the command and leadership of our great leader Mazi Nnamdi KANU, wish to reiterate, that IPOB and ESN operatives have no camp in Lilu in Ihiala LGA of Anambra State. 

We are not militants and Criminals and don't need any camp in Ihiala LGA. We are identifiable and we are all over Biafra land and IPOB branches in the Diaspora. 

Nigeria security agencies are using the hatred they have on the people of Biafra particularly IPOB and ESN members to unleash cruelty on the people living in these communities where they suspect that criminals are taking refuge. 

If criminals take refuge in any Community in Biafra land, that doesn't make them IPOB members or ESN operatives, We have also not said there are no more criminal gangs in Biafra land just like every other country even in the advanced Western nations. 

But we won't accept the tagging of every Criminal element found in Biafra as an IPOB member or ESN operative. 

Recall that some of these criminals were already mentioned by IPOB leadership sometime during a broadcast. IPOB leadership said these criminals were unleashing mayhem on innocent citizens in some communities. Some of these hoodlums were a creation of wicked politicians in their desperation to discredit IPOB and ESN. 

In Orsumoghu, Nnewi South, Lilu Orsumenyi of Ihiala LGA of Anambra State these criminals mentioned below are the ones impersonating ESN/IPOB members using ESN name to commit crimes against the people of these communities, they are not ESN members, the communities involved should use their vigilante group and stop them, ESN will help them too.

People must stop giving them money they are not ESN operatives and not IPOB volunteers. Again, ESN does not write letters to people or make calls to people requesting funds, funds for what we ask? IPOB and ESN have no dealings with such evil activities of these criminals who are now on the ESN watchlist.

The so-called camp where these said criminals were arrested does not belong to ESN. They should stop lying against us.
