Federal High Court Abuja Adjourned Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Co defendants case indefinitely

Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has adjourned the ruling of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Co defendants; Bright Chimezie, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Benjamin Madubugwu, and David Nwawuisi indefinitely pending the outcome of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case at the Supreme Court.
IPOB lead Counsel, Sir Ifeanyi Ejiofor Esq and Barrister Nnaemeka Ejiofor Esq and other IPOB lawyers were present in the court today for the ruling as the court proceed, after much deliberation, the presiding judge Justice Binta Nyanko adjourned the case indefinitely pending the outcome of the of the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu at Supreme Court.
Recall that on 2nd November 2022 during the hearing , the IPOB lead counsel Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor argued that the court lacked the jurisdiction to proceed with the trial insisting that the law prohibits a court from hearing a criminal cause which constitutes an alleged acts that occurred outside the Court's jurisdiction .
Meanwhile, The four defendants are standing trial on 3 count charges since 2015 alongside the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB ) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu until he was later discharged and acquitted of all charges by the Appeal Court of Abuja.
